Temporary post in regards to customers you already pitched from your old calendar.

While in the transition of everyone learning their new rolls we are going to have situation arise that will be outside the norm.

Example you are now making outbound calls and handling the overflow calls as your primary function and one of your leads from your previous calendar pops up on your screen that you have previously pitched and all you need to do is a follow up to close the deal then go ahead and close that deal.

 As we fine tune the queue we are asking that you transfer all first contacts through the queue but if you have already pitch them we are ok with you closing the deal this of course is a temporary post and will only be in effect for the next couple of weeks, good luck and as always thank you for all your hard work and effort!
